We picked this painting up at an estate sale, it is signed by Utrillo and was framed by "The House of Rosalie" in New York City in the 1920's.
It has pin holes on all four corners and is an oil under glass I believe. Are there any art geeks out there that can help a guy out?
I have heard if this is authentic it could be worth as much as 1 million bucks......HELP!!!!
I've googled Utrillo, he had a colorful life, but I have never found this painting...a copy, a print ...nothing.
I'd like to retire.

Dear Brian,
Utrillo is the most copied, reproduced, and faked of all 20th century artists. Chances you have a real "Utrillo" are one-in-a-million. I can't see your image, it is too small, however if you believe your painting is real you can find the catalogue raisonne (complete works)of Utrillo by Paul Petrides at most major art museum and university libraries.
Cordially,
Dan
I found this for you...thought you might like it!!!
